Delivery & Payment
When do you Deliver?
Deliveries in Dubai are done daily by areas from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. These timings may be extended during weekends & festive season.
How much is delivery?
We charge 35 aed in delivery costs for all orders within our delivery coverage area in Dubai.
How does delivery work?
Please note that orders are accepted 6 hours before the desired delivery time, corresponding to our operating hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The first orders are available for pickup starting at 9:00 AM
When placing an order, a 100% prepayment is required in the form of online payment through the website.
We use reliable delivery services who will deliver the products to you, but we are not in control of external factors such as traffic and travel diversions. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally in case of force majeure events, will mean that these delivery times may need to be extended.
What payment methods do you offer?
1. Payment via the Stripe. You can easily and securely make a payment using a credit card or Apple Pay through the trusted Stripe payment service. All transactions are protected by advanced encryption methods, ensuring the safety of your data. Choose the payment method that suits you best, and we’ll make sure the process is quick and hassle-free.
2. Payment via link. When choosing this payment method, the manager will send you a link for fast and secure payment via the Stripe service. You can pay using a credit card or Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, ensuring the safety of your data. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation to the email you provided.
3. Payment by Invoice. In the cart, you fill in the organization details required for issuing an invoice. The manager will prepare the invoice and send it back to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?
Yes, please ensure you or a trusted person is at the given address and readily available to receive the order.
What is your policy if there is no one to receive the order?
Delivery will be attempted by the service. Failing that, the order will be left at your doorstep/reception/conciergerie/safe place. Fresh food products cannot be sent back to our Smart catering service
Smart catering is not responsible for orders once left at a doorstep/reception/conciergerie/safe place.
Incomplete / Inaccurate details
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they provide their full & correct address details. If a client has provided an incomplete address, Smart catering team member will try to contact the client via email, or WhatsApp.
If there is no response from the client, the order will be put on hold until we receive the additional information necessary.
If a client has provided incorrect address, it is to the discretion of the team to either – deliver the new location if possible or schedule a pickup at our area. Should either options not be possible, the order will be considered forfeited.
Any additional delivery fees because of a wrong delivery address is born client-side prior to re-delivering. Items that cannot be delivered will be forfeited.
Pickups
You can pick up your order yourself by specifying your preferred delivery method in the cart in advance. If you are unable to pick up your order on time, the team reserves the right to leave orders in a safe place in the reception lobby area. Pickups are done exclusively in the reception lobby area
