Delivery & Payment
When do you deliver?
Deliveries in Dubai are made daily by area from9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. These times may be extended during weekends and the festive season.
How much is delivery?
Dubai:Delivery costs35 AEDfor all orders within our delivery coverage area. Free delivery applies to orders of1000 AED or more.
Sharjah:Delivery costs99 AEDfor all orders within our delivery coverage area. Free delivery applies to orders of2000 AED or more.
How does delivery work?
Orders must be placed at least6 hoursbefore the desired delivery time, within our operating hours of9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The first deliveries are available starting at9:00 AM.
Full prepayment is required when placing an order, which can be made online through our website.
We use reliable delivery services to bring your products to you; however, we are not responsible for external factors such as traffic or travel diversions. We aim to meet delivery times, but during exceptionally busy periods, deliveries may take longer. In rare cases of force majeure, delivery times may need to be extended.
What payment methods do you offer?
Payment via Stripe:Easily and securely pay using a credit card or Apple Pay through Stripe. All transactions are protected with advanced encryption to ensure the safety of your data. The process is quick and hassle-free.
Payment via link:The manager will send you a secure Stripe payment link. You can pay using a credit card or Apple Pay. Once the payment is complete, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
Payment by invoice:Enter your organization details in the cart to issue an invoice. The manager will prepare and send it to your provided email address.
Do I need to be present to accept my delivery?
Yes. Please ensure that you or a trusted person is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
What if no one is available to receive the order?
The delivery service will attempt delivery. If unsuccessful, the order will be left at your doorstep, reception, conciergerie, or a designated safe place. Smart Catering is not responsible for orders once left in such locations.
Incomplete or inaccurate details
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate address details. If the address is incomplete, a Smart Catering team member will attempt to contact the client via email or WhatsApp.
If there is no response, the order will be put on hold until the necessary information is received.
If an incorrect address is provided, the team may attempt delivery to the new location or schedule a pickup in our area. If neither option is possible, the order will be considered forfeited.
Any additional delivery fees due to an incorrect address are the client’s responsibility. Items that cannot be delivered will be forfeited.
Pickups
You may pick up your order by selecting this option in the cart.
If you are unable to pick up your order on time, the team may leave it in a safe place in the reception lobby. Pickups are done exclusively in the reception lobby area.
